I have been involved in physical activities all my life. I began as a gymnast, a dancer and a runner. Then I found yoga. It changed my life. Through yoga, I discovered a renewed connection to my physical body–yes–and most importantly I found a deeper relationship to a larger Self.
I am certified to teach Kundalini Yoga through the KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) 200 hour program with Krishna Kaur Khalsa. I hold a certificate in Hatha Yoga through my training with Purusha Hickson’s 200 hour program sanctioned by Yoga Alliance. I am also a certified Pilates mat instructor and certified personal trainer.
Additionally, I’ve been licensed as a spiritual counselor from the Agape International Spiritual Center.
I bring all my expertise and training to my yoga classes and my private clients.
Over the years, I have seen the benefits of yoga as a beneficial influence on the individual and the planet. As we heal our own physical and emotional pain, we bring about peace and substantial change in the world one person at a time.
